Nintendo has revealed that their upcoming ink based shooter Splatoon will indeed feature a single-player campaign. Shown off in the trailer below the campaign will pit the player’s squid-like character against an army of octopi all of whom wield the same ink based weaponry as the player.
I really liked what I played of Splatoon at this year’s rAge and I think its a game brimming with potential. If the campaign manages to make use of the game’s mechanics in some interesting scenario’s then I’ll be well along for the ride
